Stress

People deal with stress in different ways, some good, some bad and some in ways that are neither. I don't get stressed out too often but when I do finally sucom to it, it's a lot. Half of me wants to go to the box and take it out on push presses, the other part of me wants to find a spot on the couch, pour myself a class of Johnny Walker and veg out on bullshit tv shows. I see it and that's good but I still want to do the latter. The box will be there tomorrow right?
